Whilst training at Force over the last twelve months I have gained new pbs in all of the major lifts whilst losing over two stone and reducing my body fat by around 10%. Force not only offers a great facility and equipment but, more importantly, a welcoming and friendly community of like minded people. I was so intimidated when my hubby walked me into your gym, I took one look at the tyres and those ropes and thought “this ain’t for me”. You were both so passionate as you talked me through your equipment that I thought I should at least give it one go. Since my first session I haven’t looked back, I am a guaranteed three nights a week girl and have now joined the ‘doubler’ crew hahaha. I am totally and utterly addicted and can’t wait to see my progress over the next few months. Cheers lads, your support and advice has been amazing:-)

I trained with Chris during the early part of my career where he taught me the major lifts, which helped me build a solid foundation of strength. Whenever I get the chance now, I try to train with him as he still manages to get the best out of me. His Blood, Sweat and Tyres class is an awesome environment to work in, and will definitely help you achieve your goals. Chris is a true professional and I’d strongly recommend him to anyone looking to reach their true potential.

Just a quick thank you to all your team for your encouragement. I joined back in March to lose weight for my wedding this September. With 7 weeks to spare I weighed in and hit my target yesterday. Well chuffed and the lightest I’ve been since being a teenager! Lost 8.2kg altogether and 20 inches in total through tyres, cycling and diet (rabbit food!). Not huge masses of weight loss and very slow but enough to make the difference I wanted. Just need to keep it off now. Just wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for motivating me and provide a facility that makes me want to come back and work hard.

I started training at Force SC in the Nov 2012. I instantly loved BST and became addicted to the results! Anyone who does these classes will understand the addiction! In the new year I had a training plan written by Chris and Andrew which included BST, Upper and Lower body weights sessions. I have never trained legs before, a total sin I now know! But with the Chris and Andrews amazing help soon began to love my weights sessions and began to see some amazing strength gains in every department! All I needed now was the all-important diet! I have tried all sorts but now have settled on a low carb, high protein diet eating smaller amounts generally every 2-3 hours. I keep seeing fantastic results every week. Chris and Andrew make training so exciting and fresh every day and I thank them for helping me reach my goals. It is the greatest training facility I know and as everyone says our second home!

I brought Pontypridd RFC down on Saturday for a pre season beasting and Chris and the boys put on an excellent session. Very hard work but more importantly very professional and totally relevant to the modern game at premiership level! I can recommend a trip to Force S & C for any team at any level of the game – both football and rugby teams would benefit from this high intensity training. They have structured it to allow sportsmen of all fitness levels to be challenged – I am a year shy of my 40th and managed to join in with the boys – some of who are really really fit – everyone was challenged. Excellent facility, excellent motivation and very professional – cheers boys – we will be back soon.
