Welcome to Lockdown, our first partner in-house competition. Below is the start time, order of events and rules.

Lockdown Rules

First Event: 12am

£10 pound per person who is competing
Event 1 – Prowler Suicide Relay
Partners will take it in turns to push out the prowler over the four increasing distances. The nose of the prowler must pass break the line each time. Females will have a total additional weight of 10kg and the males 30kg on the prowler. Quickest time will win.
Event 2 – Deadlift
There will be two rounds where you will get an attempt in each to post a max weight. Your best lift will count out of the two and will be combined with your partners score to give you your total. The 1st round will be by blind entry, meaning you’ll give your entry weight when signing in on arrival. If you fail the first round attempt you can retry in the second round but you will not be able to attempt a weight lighter than the first round. In the second round you will be able to attempt whatever weights you like in an auction type process going from light to heavy. The weight must go from floor to lockout at knees and hips and held under control until the judge signals a good lift.
Event 3 – Row & Run
Both events will be carried out at the same time over a period of 3mins the combine total distance will be your teams score. The rower will be set on level 10. The run will be a 15m shuttle with chest to floor at the end of each 15m. Only completed lengths will count on the run.
Event 4 – Bench Press
There will be two rounds where you will get an attempt in each to post a max weight. Your best lift will count out of the two and will be combined with your partners score to give you your total. The 1st round will be by blind entry, meaning you’ll give your entry weight when signing in on arrival. If you fail the first round attempt you can retry in the second round but you will not be able to attempt a weight lighter than the first round. In the second round you will be able to attempt whatever weights you like in an auction type process going from light to heavy. The weight will be handed off the rack and the lifter will need to lower the weight touch the bar to chest and lockout under control for a lift to count.
Event 5 – Burpee/Drag
Partner one will complete 20 burpee box jumps then tag partner 2 in who will complete a 15m sled drag. The Burpee box jump will start in a standing position then chest to floor with hands to touch the box and then be completed with 2 feet on the box. Step ups will be allowed. Sled weight will be 100kg for females and 200kg for males. Clock stops when hand goes over the finish line.
