We are excited to bring to you another results driven 3 week in the shape of our NEW course in FX.
Set over 5 Zones, each zone will last for 3 action packed minutes.
Every zone will have a different theme that will focus on either your strength, power, speed and fitness.
An all over conditioning session, each zone will be different in terms of exercise, work and rest combinations.
Grab your breath with a minutes rest between zones and it’s time to go again.
Force + X = the perfect formula for results.
There is only 20 spaces on each session, so places are super limited.
