For as long as you’re a member of Force S&C, we’ll never raise your rates. Simply keep up to date with your membership – or renew within 30 days of its expiration – and we’ll honour your joining price plan for as long as you wish to stay with us.

The Transform programme offers a holistic approach to training, the sessions will comprise of a mix of strength training and conditioning. The sessions are perfect for you if you are looking at improving general health, fat loss and strength. All sessions are performed in a semi–private training setting.

The FORCE Experience

imageWe understand that deciding where to train is a big decision, that comes with a lot of sensible, normal questions: will you like the facility? The sessions? Will the gym appreciate your custom, and give you the attention that you need? All of these things can only be answered by coming in to meet us. 

But at Force we feel that once you step through the door and experience what we have to offer and the unique atmosphere that everybody shares, then all of your questions will be answered

We have various packages available to you, and as we’re a results based facility, everybody that trains with us will have a focussed programme, and all of the services that we have on offer for you reflect this.


Open Gym

Our Open Gym is available for members and non-members alike. If you are looking to train on your own to follow your own programme, or you’d like to follow one of ours – included as part of the above Full Force membership package – then Open Gym time is the answer.

Whether it’s strength, power, sport specific, fat loss or conditioning that you’re after, then we can meet all of your needs.

Open Gym gives you full access to all of the equipment that we’ve custom built into our facility, to enable you to reach your goals.

Blood, Sweat & Tyres


The original and still the best, Blood, Sweat and Tyres is the ultimate full body conditioning group session.

Using tractor tyres, sandbags, ropes, sleds, prowlers, body weight exercises and more, BST has been put together so that anyone from a total beginners right the way up to elite athletes can train together.

The atmosphere for every BST session – or BeaST as regular participants refer to it as – is super positive and all-inclusive.

Every session has regressions and progressions so that all abilities are catered for, which is one of the reasons that makes BST so popular.

But please note, due to that popularity, in order to secure a spot at BST sessions you must book in advance.

If you’re a member then you can book up to a week in advance, and non-members can book on the day of the class on a first come first served basis.

If you fail to book – member or non-member – and turn up to the session anyway, then you risk not having a space.

And yes, it’s still a steal at only £6 per session!

Team Sessions


We offer fully coached sessions for sport teams and clubs. Our team sessions cater for age groups from u14 to senior level. Each session will be planned to meet the needs of the sport or activity of the team/club. Teams such as regional team The Scarlets and Premiership champions Pontypridd RFC have taken advantage of these sessions in preparation for the coming season.
