Jack’s interest and passion for strength and conditioning began during his first year of study towards a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science at Swansea University. It was also during this time that he began as Lead Strength and Conditioning for Swansea City Ladies FC, on a voluntary basis. During his time with them Jack has helped to raise the team’s physical capabilities, both on the field and in the weight room, as well as helping many a player return to play following injuries.
Jack has recently graduated from Saint Mary’s University with an MSc in Strength and Conditioning and is working towards achieving accreditation from the UK Strength and Conditioning Association. This period of education gave Jack the opportunity to further expand his coaching knowledge and experiences.
Jack is looking forward to putting his knowledge and experiences to good use and strives to support as many members at Force as possible in achieving their goals.
