Having played rugby to a semi-professional level, Chris retired and went into coaching, where he put all of his knowledge to good use as Strength and Conditioning coach for Beddau RFC, where he remained for four seasons.
After gaining a degree in Sports Science, Chris earned his membership in the Register of Exercise Professionals as a Personal Trainer and has since worked with a wide range of people from G.P Referrals to Elite Level Athletes.
You may also have seen some of his work when he featured as a Personal Trainer on Sky1’s weight loss show ‘Fat Families’, where he helped the Turner Family lose the most weight in the show’s history!
Chris has an extensive knowledge of fat loss, strength and conditioning, weight management, postural correction, and he’s also British Weightlifting qualified, as well as a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
With over 11 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge with him to train clients. He is an advanced fitness instructor, a Level 3 personal trainer with weight management and nutrition, a GP Referral Consultant, and he’s also British Weightlifting qualified.
A former professional rugby player with Bridgend and then Celtic warriors, Andrew pursued his passion for health and fitness while still playing for Swansea RFC.
During his time working as a GP Referral Consultant, Andrew has built up a huge amount of experience for when it comes to helping clients with various conditions and levels of fitness, so he knows exactly how to help them improve their health and overall quality of life.
